(Guidance & support with housing, education, employment, and well-being services.) Please note: in order to be eligible for the Bridges program you would need to have been in custody in the state of Ohio and emancipated from county custody.

Resources are for seventeen counties: Provides resources for Food, Clothing, Transportation, Legal and Advocacy, Disability Services, Medical and Healthcare, Mental Health, Drug, & Alcohol, Utility & Financial Assistance, Employment/Education Service, Utility Payment Centers, Shelter and Housing Assistance, Women, Children, and Families, Veterans Assistance, and Senior Services.
